Bob Vandevliet adfd9bb4b7 Fix contact page meta tags and privacy page broken footer. 
Contact: add SSI variables, fix title and OG URL to /contact.
Privacy: replace non-existent /includes/footer.html with standard
footer-bottom.html partial.
